This is a document in which the owner (Client, Incumbent(s) and/or Third parties) declares that named facilities are temporary loaned to Capgemini including the related conditions and payment.
It is typically a one-page document listing the facilities (laptops for instance) are temporarily loaned to named resources of Capgemini, for what time period and for what price, signed to acknowledge the receipt of the facility.
It can of course also be a full blown legal contract type of document. |
